No Per the docs as of Oct 14, 2026: Fly.io's docs say free allowances don't cap your bill and billing alerts aren't supported yet.

How do I turn on a spending limit in Fly.io?

1. No spend cap to turn on. Budget by what you provision; use auto-stop and concurrency limits; be careful with metrics-based autoscaling.
2. Buying credits is possible but the docs do not describe it as a cap.
